You’ll work to research ideas, develop content concepts, and turn them into complete scripts that resonate with viewers. From the hook, to the closing line, your job is to help craft the stories that make audiences stop scrolling and feel something.

This is not about following social media trends… we want an imaginative storyteller who can make an mundane story come alive vividly. What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)

  1. Research & Ideate – Constantly scan culture and trends to uncover fresh, relevant topics for The Shofs’ audience.

  2. Concept Development – Transform raw ideas into story-driven concepts in partnership with the team.

  3. Script Writing – Build complete scripts –from hook, to pacing, to close– so that every moment resonates with viewers.

  4. Creative Evolution – Work with editors to refine and elevate each video until it connects and sticks.

  5. Performance Insight – Monitor performance metrics, analyze what’s working (and what’s not), and use those learnings to inform new ideas.

  6. Trendspotting – Stay plugged into what’s happening online so The Shofs are stay ahead of the curve, not behind it.

  7. ​​Content Pipeline – Ensure The Shofs never run out of great ideas to film, and keep our creative calendar full.

  8. Create playbooks for storytelling — Break down what works into repeatable formula, that the team can use again and again.
