Current Opening - Personal Assistant & Content Support
(Full-Time, Remote)
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Shofs are building a social media business and family management community. Our projects move fast, require precision, and thrive on speedy execution.
You will work directly with the co-owner, Abisola. She needs a right-hand partner who can anticipate needs, keep things organized, and help ideas move from thought → plan → execution.
QUICK NOTE: This is not a job for someone who simply wants to check boxes and collect a paycheck. It’s for someone who takes ownership, cares about results, and gets energy from keeps things moving. If that sounds like you, you’ll do well here.
What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
Organization – Keep Abisola’s calendar, inbox, priorities, and tasks clear and on track.
Project Support – Help move business and personal projects forward by creating checklists, following up, and removing bottlenecks.
Content Coordination – Coordinate with editors and collaborators, schedule weekly social media posts, and keep folders organized.
Community Engagement – Respond to comments, engage with posts of other creators, surface meaningful interactions, and set up simple automations.
Brand Partnership Support – Research brand partnership opportunities, draft outreach messages, and track contract deliverables and deadlines.
Track performance – Update dashboards, report weekly content and business performance insights.
Admin Tasks – Handle scheduling meetings, organizing contracts/invoices, and other logistics to make sure details don’t slip through the cracks.

Deadlines for brand partnerships, collaborations, and admin tasks are hit without reminders.
Risks are surfaced and problems are elevated before they become fires.
